General Data Processing at limu.eco GmbH
limu.eco GmbH collects the following data, provided it is provided:

- contract details, provided they contain personal data (e.g., subject matter of the contract, term, customer category)
- Payment data, if it contains personal data (e.g., bank details, invoices, payment history)

- Content data, if it contains personal data (e.g., text entered in input forms)

This data is collected as necessary,
- to identify you as our customer/client/patient, etc.;

Contract fulfillment of pre-contractual inquiries according to Article 13 Paragraph 2 lit. a as well as Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR. Legitimate interests, e.g. protection against abuse and payment defaults (Article 13 Paragraph 1 DSG; Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR).
We may transfer personal data to other departments within our organization or grant them access to such data.
We process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the specific purpose or as required by law.
Your personal data will be deleted once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled (e.g., after the expiration of any warranty period or the completion of the service), unless we are required by law to retain it. This deletion may take place immediately or as part of periodic deletion cycles.
